We use FedEx Ground and ship from our warehouse in Sequim, Washington to anywhere within the US excluding Guam. We are not able to ship to a Freight Forwarder or post office box so please make sure to use an appropriate physical address otherwise your order will likely be cancelled. If you place your order Monday-Thursday before 11 am PST, in most cases you can expect your order to ship the same day but due to unforeseen circumstances that occasionally pop up we might need a day or two to process. If you need your order immediately you can choose 2 day or overnight shipping but be aware that doesn’t mean it will ship out right away. You can always shoot us an email at email@example.com to discuss your best option. Our hours are Monday – Thursday 8 am to 5 pm PST and we are also available through chat as well. You can reference the FedEx shipping map to get an idea of how long it might take to receive your package but keep in mind not all areas include weekends for delivery.
Once you place your order and it ships you will receive an email within 24 hours M-F with your tracking information. If you don’t see it, it may have landed in your junk folder so be sure to check there. You can copy and paste the tracking number directly into the FedEx tracking page to pull up your info. If you ordered items that will require more than one box like a board and binding, you will only receive one tracking number. You can reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with the other one but typically if one item shipped, the other is on its way and will likely show up either the same day or next so be on the look-out. If you live in an area that may put you at risk of theft, feel free to reach out to request we ship your package with a signature requirement.
